Refund information

The public preview is free to view. Purchases can only be made when checkout is enabled on the pricing page. Sandbox transactions are test data, not real charges.
14-day refund policy
Request a full refund within 14 days of a real purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order ID and checkout email. You do not need to send family files or prove that you have not used the tool. If access was not delivered or a product fault prevents use, contact us for help or a refund; applicable consumer rights remain available after the 14-day period.
We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear; no instant-return time is promised.
What happens to access?
After a refund is confirmed, the associated purchase key and sessions no longer open the workspace or permit new imports and exports. A payment dispute suspends access while it is reviewed. Files already saved on your device are not deleted. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
If you see an unexpected charge that appears to refer to HexMobius Family Charts, contact [email protected]. Include the date and merchant description, but never send your full card number, password or family records. Do not assume an unverified charge came from us.
This policy does not waive any mandatory consumer rights.
