Effective September 8, 2026. HexMobius Family Charts is operated by HexMobius, an independent developer in Beijing, China.
Free preview and paid access
The public preview provides descriptions and fictional examples only. A verified purchase is required for file import, chart editing, project saving and exports. Checkout availability is shown on the pricing page. No purchase can be made while checkout is marked unavailable. Sandbox transactions do not grant production access.
Price, license and delivery
US$19, including applicable sales taxes, buys 365 days of personal access to the current chart-making tools, starting at payment. There is no automatic renewal or subscription. You may create unlimited personal projects on your own devices, but may not share or resell your purchase key. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting or future features.
Creem handles checkout and receipts as Merchant of Record. After confirmed payment, return to this website to access the workspace. The receipt contains a purchase key for restoring access on another device. Keep that key private. Contact support if access is not delivered. Internet access is required to verify a purchase; refunds, chargebacks or expiry remove access. Files already exported remain yours.
Your files and permission
You retain ownership of your records and generated charts. Only process information you are entitled to use. Respect the privacy of living people and obtain any permission required before sharing their information. We do not claim ownership of your family data.
Supported use and limitations
The tool supports GEDCOM 5.5, 5.5.1 and 5.5.5 files up to 5 MB and 5,000 people, and three to five generations of ancestors. It does not verify genealogy, relationships or historical accuracy. Review the chart before relying on it. Direct PDF export has font limitations; browser printing may be an alternative. Physical printer output is not guaranteed.
Local processing
Family records are processed in your browser. Keep backups: closing a tab can discard unsaved work. Exported project files contain private records, including people hidden in the chart. You are responsible for storing and sharing those files safely.
Availability and changes
We may improve or discontinue the public preview. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or future features. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
Refunds and service availability
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We also help resolve missing access and product faults; mandatory consumer rights are not limited by the 14-day policy. See refund information. If we discontinue paid service before your purchased access expires, contact support for a refund of the unused period.
